Hi. My name is Ter Scott and I am the creator of the Party Showcase Gala. I want you to know as much as possible about this great event and what it means to you and your business. When I’m done, I think you’ll agree that it is the absolute best opportunity to get more business in 2008!

First let me tell you just a bit about myself. I’ve been in marketing, graphic design, and a supplier of imprinted promotional advertising products since I moved to the Twin Ports in 1981. I’ve worked with companies like K-mart, Fashion Bug, Hardees, and the United States Post Office and numerous companies in this area. I’ve created logos for the Superior High School and WNXR radio station. I currently teach marketing seminars and classes at Duluth Business University. I’ve been in the entertainment industry since graduating from high school, playing lead guitar in bands, acting in motion pictures, a DJ, and public speaker. I’m stating all this just so you know I have the background to make the Party Showcase Gala the biggest and best event of its kind in Duluth! And, my partner Deborah has year’s of experience in creating similar events.

Now let’s talk about what really is important: you, and getting you more bookings with this new trade show concept! This is the first time an event of this proportion and uniqueness has taken place in the Twin Ports to connect talent (that’s you) with buyers of talent (not just brides but corporate HR people, company big wigs that want to hire you!). Our research shows that the value of having a booth at this event is worth well over the $500 asking fee; but this year we’re making it affordable for everyone.

Here’s what you’ll get: We will market before, during, and after the event to ensure you the very best marketing return on your investment!

1.       We’ve created top-notch graphics to add credibility, notoriety, and professionalism to being associated with Greeneyes Productions LLC.

2.       Greeneyes Productions LLC has 4 billboards strategically placed coming into Duluth from all directions in position from October 15th, to November 15th.

3.       Greeneyes has minimum of 2 weeks of radio presence prior to the Party Showcase Gala. Radio station(s) will give away tickets and FREE T-Shirts on the air. Greeneyes has a live remote at the event and will mention sponsors of event throughout broadcast.

4.      Greeneyes has print advertising in local newspapers every week from 8 weeks out from the event, in the business and general sections.

5.      Greeneyes gives away 500 (minimum) IMPRINTED T-Shirts via Greeneyes website promotion and 3 pre-event parties at local bars. Visit and bring your prospects!

6.      Greeneyes stays in contact with the exhibitor via weekly emails offering updates and marketing tips on how to get the most from this event!

7.      Greeneyes places Posters announcing the event will be delivered to colleges, bars, restaurants, video stores, liquor stores, etc. along with 6 comp tickets (2 for the owners and 4 to raffle).

8.      The Greeneyes Productions LLC website offers: Directory with your company name with link to your website, listing of corporate buyers.

9.      10 FREE ENTRY Tickets (give away to your prospective clients), plus your 

2 Exhibitor Passes. Additional entry tickets are available at very nominal cost; send them to your prospects and invite them to see you in action!

10.  Greeneyes welcomes attendees and exhibitors with a large welcome banner inside the building at the day of the event.

11.  Greeneyes will distribute up to 1500 bags to attendees as they walk in the door. We offer FREE INSERTION of your business card, brochure or one of your Personalized Promotional Items in the bag at no cost!

12.  Each attendee receives an Exhibitors Booth Map, which includes a brief bio of your business. They check off each box to be eligible for the door prize!

13.  Greeneyes supplies a database of the guests at end of the show who are buyers; not just one time but also many times!

14.  Exhibitor Booth (not just 3 or 5 hours but for 12 hours!).

15.  Show and Sell or Show Time; an opportunity to present live!

16.  Listing in the 2007-2008 How to Party Guide and Directory Greeneyes distributes 2000 of these How to Party Event Programs; one per attendee and exhibitor. The program will highlight tips and include coupons to be used throughout the year for 12-month exposure. Different ad size options are available for optional purchase. This will also be released one month at a time all of 2008 up to the next event.

17.  Vendors will receive a price freeze on next year’s rates.

18.  We have even more ideas for next year!!!
