Party Showcase Gala “TALENT
EXHIBITOR” Defined:
Are you “Talent”? A DJ, Comedian, Singer, Magician, Musician,
Clown, Ventriloquist, and anyone marketing talent who wants more gigs? (We
will consider all related possibilities.)
Thanks so much for being an
exhibitor at this year’s Party Showcase Gala! Here are some of the benefits you will
realize from participating:
- Buzz, buzz, and more
buzz. You are
connected to a hive of excitement as this first time event of its type makes its debut in
the Twin Ports. We have already promoted this event with green postcards around the region
and will continue to promote with billboards, radio, newspaper, and the like, as November
10th, 2007 gets closer!
- Exposure to an
anticipated 1000 to 1500 attendees from around the region who are seeking talent and
vendors for their next social event - anything from a birthday or graduation party, to a
wedding event, to a tradeshow. It is all here at the largest promotional event for your
type of business!
- An optional STAGE
TIME opportunity to present
your company, presentation style, personalized brand of talent to an energetic crowd of
eager listeners (and dancers). Go ahead and “play” the crowd as if they were
your own; because they are! Why only distribute information and promotional items at your
booth, when for a small additional fee, you can have 45 minutes to showcase your talents?
Then, conclude with an invitation to your booth for additional information. This is the
“STAGE TIME” feature and it builds more credibility for you and your business! Ask
how you can order additional comp tickets to give or send to your prospective clients
before the event! Be sure to register for STAGE TIME early as the time slots are on a
“first come, first serve” basis. (Times are arranged by Greeneyes Productions
and next year Show & Sell exhibitors will have first dibs on participation).

- TALENT EXHIBITORS
ARE WHY WE CREATED THE PARTY SHOWCASE GALA; THIS IS FOR YOU!!! WE WANT YOU TO SUCCEED AND
GET MORE BOOKINGS! You’ll receive ten, (10) complimentary (FREE!) entry passes to
give to your prospective clients. You will receive them two weeks prior to November
10th, 2007. Be a “big shot” and invite people who are considering
your products and services to attend the Party Showcase Gala. There is no better
opportunity for them to see you in action, especially if you take advantage of the vendor
“STAGE TIME” feature mentioned above. Need more tickets? They will be available
at only $2 each (in lots of 10) up to two weeks prior to the date of the show. Just let us
know how many you want!
- Network with other
vendors so you can
refer one another future business.
- Receive a detailed
database of all
attendees for follow-up purposes.
- Receive a free
directory listing in the
2007-2008 Party Showcase Gala booklet which will be distributed to all attendees and
vendors plus, your listing will be published for a full 12 months (at no additional
charge) in the web version at www.greeneyesproductionsllc.com. Web display ads and bold
listings (linked to your website) require additional fees. Inquire at info@greeneyesproductionsllc.com. THIS
DIRECTORY WILL BE SENT TO 500 TOP CORPORATIONS AFTER THE EVENT!
- Optional
opportunity to place a single piece of literature, sample, or imprinted promotional item

Will you be available all year of 2008; can I contact you at
anytime?
Oh yeah. Greeneyes is pro-active and will contact you in 6 months to
see that your information for the FREE WEBSITE DIRECTORY LISTING is current and up to
date. We’re as close as your phone or email!
Can I offer more than one line of products or services at my booth?
For instance may I have my catering business and offer Mary Kay Products?
Sorry, we’re
unable to do this because we then would be unable to offer exclusivity within companies.
Do I have
exclusivity for my company?
Yes, we will not
have two Mary Kay exhibitors for example; however there may be competing companies such as
Mary Kay, Artistry, BeautiControl, Motives, etc. With talent we may have more than one DJ,
magician, ventriloquist, etc.
Is Duluth too small of a market?
It’s true, Duluth is a smaller market but we will do everything
in our power to make it a great event! And actually, this is not just a “Duluth”
event. Greeneyes Productions LLC is promoting talent with this event to businesses,
schools, and the general public in the northern half of the state of Minnesota and parts
of Wisconsin. The DECC in beautiful Duluth seemed like the right venue. We will conduct
this event in larger markets next year but we’ve been well received by everyone who
we’ve talked with so far!
